Park grade. These are Taylor Junipers with cosmetic imperfections — a lean, a thin side, or uneven form — sold at a reduced price. The plant is healthy and will grow out of most of it. If you need specimen-quality form, buy the regular grade instead.
Choose Taylor Juniper if you need a tight, upright evergreen screen or formal column where width is the problem. The tradeoff: it wants clean siting and open exposure; it is not the soft, broad privacy wall some yards need.

Our Experience
At PGNE, we sell park grade to customers screening a back line, a utility area, or a long run where nobody is inspecting individual trees. The roots and health are the same as our regular grade; you are paying less for cosmetic form. Most of the lean and thinness fills in over a couple of seasons once the tree is in the ground and getting even light. Where we would not use it: a front entry, or a short row close to the house where every plant is seen up close.
