Shipping policy

At Pro Growers, all products are delivered directly from our nursery to your property using our own trucks and team. We do not ship via parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.).


1. Service Area

We offer delivery within approximately a 50-mile radius of our nursery.

Orders outside of this area may be declined or require special arrangements.


2. Delivery Scheduling

  • Delivery is scheduled after your order is placed and confirmed
  • Customers will be contacted to coordinate a delivery date
  • Delivery windows are approximate and may vary due to routing, weather, or job conditions

We do not guarantee exact delivery times.


3. Delivery Requirements

The customer is responsible for ensuring:

  • Clear and safe access for delivery trucks and equipment
  • Adequate space for unloading plant material
  • Accurate delivery information at the time of order

If access is restricted or conditions are unsafe, delivery may be rescheduled and additional fees may apply.


4. Curbside Delivery

Unless installation services are purchased, all deliveries are curbside or driveway drop-off.

Placement beyond this point is at the discretion of the driver and based on site conditions.


5. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, order size, and logistics.

All delivery charges will be clearly communicated prior to fulfillment.


6. Inspection Upon Delivery

All plant material must be inspected at the time of delivery.

Any concerns regarding quality, quantity, or condition must be addressed immediately with the delivery team.

Once delivery is completed and accepted, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.


7. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Inaccessible site
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Customer not available when required

Additional delivery fees may apply to reschedule.


8. Weather & Delays

Delivery schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.

We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.


9. Installation Services

If installation is purchased:

  • The site must be ready for planting at the time of arrival
  • Pro Growers is not responsible for underground utilities, irrigation, or unmarked obstacles
  • Additional charges may apply for unforeseen site conditions

10. No Parcel Shipping

We do not ship plant material via common carriers.

All orders are fulfilled through local delivery or nursery pickup.
