How is this different from Autumn Joy?

Autumn Fire is a selection made out of Autumn Joy. It carries the same rose-to-copper fall color on the same schedule, but the stems are stiffer and the flower heads have more substance, so the clump is less likely to split open in the middle by September. If you have grown Autumn Joy and liked it, this is that plant with its one weakness addressed.

Does it flop?

Less than Autumn Joy — that is what the selection was made for. Rich soil and heavy feeding can still soften the stems on any sedum, so keep it lean.

Should I deadhead it?

You can, but many homeowners leave the spent heads for fall texture and cut them back later.

Will pollinators use it?

Yes, the late flowers are useful when many summer perennials are winding down.
