Cornus alba 'Bailhalo'
Choose Ivory Halo Dogwood if you want a compact red-twig dogwood with variegated leaves and winter stem color. The tradeoff: it needs periodic thinning and room to spread, so it is not a clipped, evergreen foundation shrub.
