TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:
All prices are effective April 1 of the current year and cancel all previous prices. Due to the
nature of our operation, prices may change at any time.
- QUALIFICATIONS FOR WHOLESALE PURCHASING: Pro Growers of New England, Inc will sell only to the trade at wholesale prices [except for some Saturdays, we will open to the public from 8am-12pm]. Those qualifying for discounted prices include: businesses selling, growing, or installing nursery stock; county, state or federal agencies; Landscape Architects and Designers. Your customers may be admitted to the nursery only when accompanied by a representative of your firm under your liability. Appointments must be made in advance. Pro Growers of New England, Inc reserves the right to refuse service to any business, or person, for any reason.
- HOW TO ORDER AND PURCHASE MATERIAL: The only mechanism we have for placing orders and purchasing is on this website, except some Saturdays when we are open to the public.
- ORDERING, TAGGING, AND HOLDING POLICY: Feel free to tag material, but tagged material requires a 25%, non refundable deposit placed at the time of tagging. Tagged material should be picked up, or delivered, within 30 days. When plants are tagged and placed on a sales order, they are removed from inventory making them unavailable to others for a 30-day period. After 30 days, the stock will be added back to our saleable inventory.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Orders cancelled after the 30-day holding period will forfeit the deposit. [Just call us and let us know, we want to work with you] Orders cancelled after being pulled to a loading dock for pick up or delivery will be charged an additional restocking fee of 25%.
- RESCHEDULING POLICY: Orders rescheduled within 48 hours of a scheduled delivery will be charged a rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the stated freight amount. Trucks are loaded 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery date, excluding weekends. Should an order be rescheduled during, or after, the loading process an additional 15% of the total plant order will be charged to cover the cost of the unloading. The nursery will make every effort to accommodate the new delivery date requested, however it should be understood that existing scheduled deliveries will take priority. Orders cancelled are subject to additional cancellation and restocking fees.
- TERMS: We accept Cash, Visa, AMEX, Discover, MasterCard and company checks with proper identification. A $25 fee will be charged for any returned check. For customers with established credit, and a record of prompt payment, the following terms are extended: invoices are payable in full 15 days from the date of invoice. A charge of 1.5% per month will be added to unpaid balances after 30 days without exception. The purchaser agrees to pay all costs of collection including reasonable attorney fees. All first-purchase customers are COD.
- PICTURE REQUESTS: Pro Growers of New England, Inc will work to provide pictures of requested plant material within reason through texts. Should scale be needed we will use a pole, not a person. We will strive to have picture requests turned around in just a few hours, though this may be delayed during the months of May and June due to volume. Should you or your client need to view material beyond a few plants please call the nursery and make an appointment to visit. Pictured plants will not be reserved until put on a sales order. Your timely response will be critical in getting you the pictured plant you desire.
- NURSERY VISITS: We love giving tours and telling our story!! You are always welcome to visit the nursery to view, take pictures or tag your own plants when the nursery is open for business. We ask that you call at least 48 hours prior and make an appointment if you want a tour. Please be prepared to walk. However, you are entering an active Nursery Growing Facility. There are areas of uneven gravel, puddles, among other risks. We strive to make our area as safe as possible for our employees, clients, vendors, and others, but it is a risk to come here and by entering, you assume the risk.
- CHILDREN AND ANIMALS: We like both, but neither belong in a busy wholesale nursery yard. If you do bring a child with you, he or she must be hand held while in the nursery. Dogs are not allowed.
- HARDINESS AND MATURE SIZE: In quoting hardiness and mature size, we have utilized the Manual of Woody Landscape Plants, sixth edition by Professor Michael Dirr and information from nursery growers throughout the U.S. Both hardiness and mature size can vary according to planting conditions, winter severity, etc. This information is intended only as a guide. All Plant Material is marketed and sold under the Standards of the American Standard for Nursery Stock.
- GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY: We guarantee that our plant stock is true to name , healthy, and disease and pest free when it leaves the property. Your acceptance of the plant material, either by loading the plant material onto your vehicle or accepting delivery, acknowledges that the plant material is marketable and no returns will be accepted after this. No claims will be considered to anyone except the original purchaser. We accept no responsibility for guarantees our customers give to their customers. In all cases, the original prices shall be the maximum damages to which the purchaser is entitled, and will consist of credit, or replacement of the stock at our discretion. Under no circumstances will any winter-killed plants be discussed. Customers who are picking up their own plant material must supply their own mesh style plant tarps; plastic tarps and bedsheets will not qualify as adequate plant tarps. No claims will be considered, if nursery stock is transported without proper protection. We reserve the right to refuse loading material into inappropriate vehicles or undersized trailers. This includes putting B&B material into cars, vans and SUV's. It is the responsibility of the customer's driver to know the weight capabilities of their vehicle and trailers. Pro Growers of New England, Inc. takes no responsibility for over-loaded vehicles.

By becoming a customer, you understand and agree that Pro Growers of New England, Inc is granted
permission to use your contact information for our own marketing purposes, including for
sending email advertisements if you have provided an email address. You may opt out of
electronic communications at any time by indicating your preference in writing. You may opt out
